Refund policy

**Return Policy:**  

As each item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for items due to buyer's remorse or incorrect size/color selection.  

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos for a replacement or refund.  

If a package is returned due to delivery issues (e.g., invalid address), we may reship the item. Claims for lost or undelivered packages must be submitted within 30 days of the expected delivery date.
